Overview

Kitchen Quest is a fun, educational game designed for kids to learn about vegetables, food groups, and recipes in an interactive way. Built for desktop and iPad use, the game challenges players to catch falling vegetables and use them to complete healthy recipes. Developed by a collaborative team of designers and developers, the game aims to build early nutritional awareness while keeping gameplay playful and age-appropriate.

My Role – I was responsible for creating the vegetable illustrations and recipe visuals, ensuring that the design appealed to a young audience. I also built the Figma prototype and collaborated closely with the team to bring the visual language of the game to life.

Goals

The primary goal of Kitchen Quest was to create an engaging, kid-friendly experience that encourages learning through play. The game needed to be visually fun, easy to navigate, and educational without feeling too instructional. It also aimed to reinforce healthy eating habits and basic food knowledge for early learners.
