Overview
The Google Speakers campaign was developed to promote Google’s innovative smart speaker products through impactful visual storytelling and cohesive brand design. The project focused on crafting marketing materials that highlight the product’s sleek design, advanced features, and seamless integration into everyday life.
My Role – I worked as the designer responsible for creating a consistent set of marketing deliverables for the campaign. This included designing print and digital assets such as magazine ads, leaderboard and skyscraper banners, and social media content. The goal was to ensure the campaign communicated Google’s modern, innovative identity while engaging a broad audience across multiple platforms.
Goals
The primary goal was to create marketing visuals that showcased the Google Speaker as a sleek, cutting-edge, and essential smart home product. For digital formats, the focus was on bold, clear visuals optimized for quick attention in online spaces. For print, the aim was to balance strong brand identity with clear messaging that emphasized the speaker’s role in enhancing everyday living.

Challenges
A key challenge was adapting the campaign across both print and digital formats while maintaining Google’s clean, recognizable brand identity. For banner ads, designs had to remain impactful within limited dimensions, while magazine layouts required a more immersive approach. Social media ads had to be flexible enough to fit different formats, from feed posts to stories, all while ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.
